To all the people who bullied me through my whole childhood about my weight,

I just wanted to say that you put me through years of being self-concious and hating myself up until this year. I have grown into a lady. I am now confident but no, I will not put others down because of their shape or size, not like you did to me. I will support others who want to live a healthy life style but what I will not support is bashing someone because of their body. I could never even think of saying something so hurtful like “fat bitch”, “chubby”, or even “do you really need to eat that?” because I know how much pain it causes deep down. I also wanted to say I forgive you though because I want to fully move on.

To anyone reading this: Compliment someone you don’t know today, it’ll make their day.
